Dr. K. Vijaya, Professor and Head Has received Global Teacher Role Model Award 2015, on World Teacher's Day the 5th October at Global Teachers Conference organized in Mumbai by MVLA trust. Award was given in Recognition of Meritorious Services, Outstanding Performance and Remarkable role as a Teacher for Building Sustainable Global Society.

Roselin Preethi, final year student has won the Second Prize in the eWIT (Empowering Women in IT) Mobile App competition named APP BACKERS as a part of the Student Convention 2015 held on September 29, 2015 by Anna University along with iNautix (event sponsor). She has developed an iOS app called FITNESS TRACKER. She was awarded a certificate and cash prize of Rs. 6000/- .
