R.M.K gave me a platform to excel which resulted in me being awarded “Best Outgoing Student” for the batch and also secured a University Rank. I’m thankful to all my professors who have guided me through the 4 years of my Bachelors Degree. The varied exposure and knowledge provided by R.M.K.helped me achieve recognition/ succeed outside our country as well (Secured a Gold Medal in M.Tech. Knowledge Engineering, National University of Singapore). The research exposure gained during my undergraduate at R.M.K. helps me even today at my job as Senior Research Engineer at Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore.

The first thing that I would like to mention about our Department is the concern the staff have for students. Right from day one,they stressed the importance of getting placed in the campus recruitment drive and encouraged us to work hard towards achieving this goal.

The teachers always motivated us to perform better. The faculty members are very forthcoming and students can approach theteachers with whatever difficulties they face regarding academics and placement at anytime. The value added classes like BEC also helped us to survive the competition

I owe my sincere thanks and gratitude to all the Professors in RMKEC who have guided and encouraged me to improve by identifying my strengths. They have played a crucial role in building my skillset. Apart from imparting excellent knowledge, RMKEC showed me the importance of developing discipline and great attitude. Thank you RMKEC and Professors of IT Department for nurturing my strengths and guiding me at each stage throughout the four years to improve and think big!
