Dr. S. Thanga Ramya is a distinguished academician with 23 years of teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai (2017), an M.S. by Research in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai (2008), and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering (1999).

Her research interests include Data Base Management, Cloud Computing, and Data Mining. She is a recognized Anna university supervisor and published 40 research papers in international journals and conferences. Under her guidance three scholars have completed Ph.D degree. Additionally, she has authored seven textbooks for undergraduate students.

Dr. S.Thanga Ramya holds several certifications, including Oracle Java International Certification, IBM RAD, TIVOLI, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundation Associate, and Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2019. She is also a certified DB2 and PRP professional.

Her achievements include receiving the Best Teacher Award from Insc, a bronze medal from Infosys for the Campus Connect Program, and recognition as an Anna University supervisor. Dr. S.Thanga Ramya is a life member of ISTE, IETE, and Insc.
