ABOUT Factory Automation CoE:

R.M.K. Group of Institutions and Mitsubishi Electric India Private Limited has

decided to initiate industry-academic collaboration which will spread awareness about automation amongst budding engineers and contribute to the Indian market through their products and technologies. Mitsubishi have sponsored latest factory automation equipments worth Rs.37,47,300/-.

Factory Automation – CoE provides an opportunity for ECE students to get hands-on industrial exposure wherein theoretical aspects of automation systems and their implementation aspects will be delivered on the latest technologies in factory automation and make   the students industry ready. It also helps students to visualize how a manufacturing environment                   looks like.

This initiative will prepare the trained students for a rapidly changing world by equipping them with the ability to analyze and solve engineering tribulations. It helps to build up awareness among budding engineers and equip them with knowledge and skill in the field of Factory Automation. It also emphasizes to the students the importance of excelling by developing a prototype of their innovation which not only provides a good insight into the knowledge gained,  but also develops soft skills and prepares them well for job in the industries and to participate confidently in competitions conducted by reputed organizations. It also enables them to take up challenging assignments in the future.

• Bandreddy Deepaksai and Shoban R (Batch 2018-2022) have been completed the 2 years long-term internship program on Pilot Project provided by Mitsubishi India Pvt. Ltd.
