Rules & Regulations
- The Library will kept open on all working day from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- All students, teaching and non teaching staff are the members of the Library
- Members not allowed to take personal with them inside the reading room.
- Enter your name and Sign in the Gate Register kept at the entrance counter before entering the Library
- Books will be lent to the members only against their ID Card

- Top 10 per from a batch of 60 students are allowed to borrow one additional book from the library.
- Borrowers are responsible for the book lost / defaced or injured any way shall have to be replaced by the borrower.
- The books borrowed must be returned on the due date, Defaulter will be fined.
- Book due on a holiday may be returned on the next working day.
- Renewal of book(s) will be allowed only if the book(s) is not on demand.
- Loss of books issued, if any, should be reported to the Librarian immediately.
- Reference books, Back Volumes and examination question papers can only be referred to inside the library.
- The librarian may recall any book at any time even if the normal period of loan has not expired, if the book is in demand.
- Silence must be observed in the reading room and in the immediate precincts of the library.
- Members may suggest in writing to the librarian about the purchase of textbooks or for which
additional copies are required. - OPAC (Online Access Catalogue) is used to check their individual transaction location and the availability of books and other reading materials.
