1. To provide library resources and equipment to improve the digital library system.

2. To improve the library services to achieve high quality standards. 

3. To conduct orientation programme in order to enhance effective and efficient access to information by students and staff.

4. Selecting and acquiring up – to – date information resources in all formats that are relevant to the information needs of the Institution

5. Adopting information dissemination strategies and other information services to ensure optimum utilization of available resources.

6. Establishing promoting and maintaining a wide range of services that will support the academic programme of the institution and encourage optimum exploitation of the resources of the library.

7. To maintain institution – level documents and provide as required using some proper storage capacitor.
